Julian Smiechowski from the Orlen Janík Motorsport team was the fastest man in Friday’s qualifying of the Clio Cup at Slovakia Ring. Almost half a second behind him was his countryman David Dziwok from the Carpek Racing team.
The first row for tomorrow’s race will then belong to Polish drivers. Behind them will start Filip Kunčer from the Podgorica Racing team and Nikodém Sobczyk. Fifth and sixth in qualifying were Nik Štefančič and Bartolomiej Mirecki.
Unfortunately, championship leader Tomas Pekař had an accident on a kick scooter and isn’t able to compete this weekend.
