Qualifying for the Twingo Cup at the Slovakia Ring was won by Nik Štefančič, who edged out Taj Kovačič by just 0.008 seconds. The pair pulled clear of the rest of the field, with third-placed Stefan Treneski finishing 1.226 seconds behind.
Treneski worked together in slipstream with his compatriot Marko Blaževski, and the two built a significant gap over the rest of the field. Giovanni Grasso set the fifth-fastest time, followed by Nikola Jančič, Troy Sovička, Matyáš Kučera, Luka Flerin, and Oliver Steiner, who rounded out the top 10.
