The second annual F4 CEZ Academy kicks off on March 22nd with an exciting and diverse program that combines theoretical instruction and practical skills, both behind the wheel and beyond.
F4 CEZ Academy is a unique project tailored for young racers, providing comprehensive motorsport training and an excellent opportunity to enter the world of professional racing. Over four action-packed days, participants will engage in karting races, simulator driving, Formula 4 car familiarization, Renault Twingo Cup slalom competitions, physical and mental training, media interview practice, and tests on circuit rules and general motorsport knowledge. Ultimately, the top performers will get the opportunity to drive either a Renault Twingo Cup car or an F4 car at the Autodrom Most.
The first day of the academy will take place at Caravan Metropol Karting in Prague, followed by three intensive days at the Autodrom Most. Participants will be guided throughout the program by experienced racers. Martin Kadlečík, the 2024 FIA Motorsport Games silver medalist in sim racing, will also attend the karting event in Prague.
“My teammate Martin Sirotek and I will explain why sim racing is crucial and how it can directly benefit real racing performance,” Kadlečík explains. “We’ll provide advice and guidance to participants on how to improve their driving, and we’ll be evaluating their progress. On Saturday, I’ll also be participating in a 12-hour iRacing event at Sebring, so anyone can come and watch. Among the participants will be Max Verstappen´s owned Team Redline.”
