Local driver Tomáš Pekař started from pole position and led every lap of the red-flagged race due to an incident involving Tomas Kazarka. All the drivers had to wait for the restart, after which the battle resumed in the late afternoon.
Teammates Tomáš Pekař and David Dziwok from Carpek Racing started from the front row, with Julian Smiechovski and Bartek Mirecki in the second row. All the drivers navigated through the chicane safely, with Pekař remaining in the lead and Dziwok and Smiechovski fighting for second place. There was even contact between them a few corners later, providing an opportunity for Bartek Mirecki to take second place.
The battle between Smiechovski, Dziwok, and now Nik Štefančič continued in the following laps, with drivers occasionally leaving the track momentarily but continuing the race with minimal gaps between them.
Soon, the safety car had to be deployed due to a huge crash on the start/finish straight involving Tomas Kazarka. He lost control on the exit of the last turn, sending the car right into the barrier.
After a few laps behind the safety car, the race was red-flagged. Following the delay, the race was restarted and the field continued for a few more laps behind the safety car. With seven minutes to go, the race resumed.
Pekař maintained the lead with Mirecki in second, Dziwok in third, and Smiechovski and Štefančič in fourth and fifth. Smiechovski and Štefančič continued their hard-fought battle, making some contact. Mirecki also pushed hard against Pekař, trying to find any opportunity to pass the leader. However, Pekař created a comfortable gap in the final stages and won the race on home soil, with Mirecki finishing second and David Dziwok third. Nik Štefančič crossed the finish line fourth and Julian Smiechowski completed the top five. Richard Meixner won the Clio Cup Trophy category, with Marko Kazarka finishing second.
